The client is an American Independent software vendor (ISV) who focuses on mobile development and iPhone development. All projects are small-sized, about 1-2 man months. It turns out this kind of development is very close to market. The client told us our development was sold well online.

Cooperation model and team structure

The client preferred fixed price and fixed time model initially. After a few projects, our team's work and efficiency gave the client enough confidence. Right now we are about to change to Mini ODC model. Briefly, it is an on-going model with team structure like “1 lead developer + N developers + 1 free consultant” .
