Development of a large project management suite with 3000+ users
1eEurope, a Swiss software consulting company, has been cooperating with Shinetech for almost four years. It keeps a team of around 10 developers for development of a large Project Management Suite. The suite system is based on Microsoft .NET, SQL Server and Crystal Reports. The Application is used by more than 3000 users in client's company.

3 years' persistent effort with a UK client--- large ERP product has been on sale
The Shinetech 16- people team acts as the client's IT department, it researched deeply into client's business, continuously optimized development plan, engaged in the full product development cycle from business modeling, product vision (requirement definition) to implementation. The first version of the ERP product is expected to be completed in middle of 2010. Now the team has down to 4 developers for the product's maintenance.

Development of the Europe's largest restaurant booking system
It has been three years since we started cooperation with the UK software product company. Now, 10 developers + 5 testers are working for the client on the Europe’s largest restaurant booking system under Scrum + XP( smoke testing & unit testing, Pair programming…).

Flexible business model of ODC + Fixed Price for an American client
it is hard for the client to foster a large dedicated ODC team. But if a complete new team will be built up for each specific project when coming through, the knowledge and experiences accumulated in previous similar projects could not be well inherited into the new one, then it brings the risks of low efficiency and inaccurate estimation on the project.

The two Shinetech guys have been working for a Swiss client for 3+ years for system’s migration/maintenance.

4 years of cooperation with an American ISV
5 developers is now fully engaged in development of one of its products. Latest status of the team: Due to the tight schedule, Shinetech guys made overtime working in almost entire year of 2009, which resulted tiring attitude, lower and lower efficiency, poor deliveries... Shinetech changed the lead developer with an experienced one in January this year, the latter carried out methodical measures based on adequate research: stopped the overtime working immediately upon client’s allowance; built standup meeting; adopted Test Driven Development, used a more client-transparent management tool etc, which highly promoted the work in very short period of time. The lead developer says that there still needs long effort to rewin client’s trust, and he has been ready for the challenge.

System migration & maintenance for an American diesel producer for 3 years
In the initial collaboration days in early 2007, client splited the requirement into small tasks and assigned them to each developer; and only half a year later, the Shinetech team grew rapidly and was capable to make all the above themselves.
