Beijing Shinetechchina Inc. began offering professional software offshore outsourcing services in August 2001.  Our business is centered in Beijing; and was registered in Delaware, USA, in 2004 as part of our global strategy.

Having engaged in the offshore software outsourcing industry for eight years, Shinetech has collaborated with over 380 clients, including companies from: US, Canada, UK, Australia, Finland and Sweden, 32 percent of them have established long-term relationship with us, building Offshore Development Centers (ODC) based on mutual trust.
