Beijing Shinetech China Software Inc. began offering professional offshore software service outsourcing in August 2001.  Our business is centered in Beijing; and was registered in Delaware, USA and London, UK as part of our global strategy.

Having engaged in the offshore software outsourcing industry for almost nine years, Shinetech has collaborated with over 200 clients, including companies from: US, Canada, UK, Australia, Finland, Belgium, Switzerland and Sweden... most of them have established long-term relationship with us, building Offshore Development Centers (ODC) based on mutual trust.
