How the ODC+Fixed price model works

In this model, there is a key role named Developer A, who is dedicated for the client with relatively low monthly pay. He understands and solves the customer's business problems, ensures that the customer's expectations are aligned with each project.

Developer A makes each newly built team deep into client's business and gives a rapid improvement on the team's efficiency by considerate project training. He acts as the project manager, makes fast requirement research and estimation, provides human resource solution and then builds up the right team. The whole team serves on Fixed time & Fixed price basis, and is disbanded when the project is completed.

Developer A focuses on client's business requirement research, bug fixing, and tasks completion when there is no project requirement.
